[ 자기소개 ] [온튜터심사통과] My name is Patrick and I'm a native English and French speaker from Canada. I have an Advanced Certificate in TESOL and an Advance Certificate in Teaching Languages - Specializing in French. I have 7 years of experience teaching online to students of all ages and levels from all around the world! I adapt my approach to the needs of each student. For beginners, I can teach them basic expressions, grammar, pronunciation and reading. For advanced learners, I focus more on conversation. I encourage my students to express themselves in the language and I correct their mistakes. I answer questions and review grammar points. For those who like to focus on writing, I suggest a topic and they write a text about it outside of class, and during class we read it together, correct mistakes and work on the points the student struggles with. We can also use ressources like books, apps, videos, articles, etc. I have a friendly and casual approach, I'm not a strict teacher. I like to follow the student's needs and preferences and that way I can make sure I help them improve. I love languages. I can speak 6 languages (at different levels), and I'm currently studying Korean!
