Title My student canceled a course, how much can I get paid?

Any student who is dissatisfied with your course can cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled course start date or

before tutors accept without penalty, but after this time, the refundable amount will vary according to the cancellation

time. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations made after the halfway point of the paid course.
Please note that it might take some time for OnTutor to let you know if your student cancels your course.

You can check your canceled course on the [My Course [Tutor] > Course Status] page in the [My OnTutor] menu.

OnTutor also notifies you by email.
If students cancel a course, you will be paid based on the amount that is not refunded back to the

student after OnTutor commission has been deducted.
